You have 14 days to change your mind. Within that time you may withdraw from your order without giving a reason. The 14 days start the day after you, or someone you name who is not the carrier, gets the parcel in hand. If your order comes in several parcels, the 14 days count from the last parcel.
How to withdraw
Before the end of those 14 days, let us know clearly that you are withdrawing from the purchase. You can do that:
- by e-mail to hi@111inchrist.com;
- by post to Pilli.be BV, Hugo Verrieststraat 116, 8800 Roeselare, Belgium;
- with the model form below. You may use it, but you don't have to.
Put your name and your order number in your message. You are on time if you send your message before the 14 days are over.
What happens next
Send the pieces back within 14 days of telling us, to Pilli.be BV, Hugo Verrieststraat 116, 8800 Roeselare, Belgium. Not to our production partner. Who pays the cost of sending them back is in our refund policy. Within 14 days of receiving your message, we refund everything you paid, including the standard shipping costs, with the same means of payment. We may wait with the refund until we have the pieces back or until you show that you have sent them.
